Labourer - Reception/dismantling

Responsibilities:

Dismantling units and removing components, receiving units for dismantling, preparing data logs for traceability. Other duties as assigned.

Parts Department Attendant

Save the world one fridge at a time! Become our Parts Department Attendant!

Our parts department and repair shop is looking for someone to take charge of online parts sales, manage inventory, handle shipping and provide customer service to our clients. Are you proactive, organized and autonomous? Then don't wait any longer and join a dynamic and growing team!

Your main tasks:

  • Respond to customer requests

  • Clean and package the parts to be shipped

  • Manage parts inventory

  • Take pictures for the website

  • Manage parts sales, and follow-up via various platforms

  • Prepare billing

  • Track the parts needed for the repair

  • All other related tasks

You have:

  • Computer skills (Excel)

  • An interest in photography

  • Ability to communicate and work in a team

  • Able to use tools to disassemble parts directly on the fridge

  • Basic electrical knowledge

Refrigeration Technician / Repair technician

  • Repair of refrigerators and/or freezers

  • Decontamination of commercial refrigerators

  • Support in finding parts for repairs or resale

  • Inventory tracking for online sales and repair service

  • Other duties assigned

For this job you must:

  • Have refrigeration training and/or H4 certification and/or relevant work experience

  • Be versatile, autonomous, resourceful

  • Have a good team spirit

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Electrical knowledge an asset.
